What is Lean Coffee?
Lean Coffee is a structured meeting without a set agenda. Participants propose topics, vote on which to discuss, and talk about each for a short timebox. When the time is up the room decides whether to keep going or move on, so the meeting spends its time on what the people in it care about.
What is on the board
3 frames — To discuss, Discussing, Discussed — each headed in large type so it reads with the whole board on screen, and a legend with a kind of note for each thing people will write. Drag a note off the legend, or double-click the board.
