A quick icebreaker to open a meeting: three questions, a note each, and everyone in the room has said something before the agenda starts.

Why start with a check-in?
In a remote meeting the first person to speak often speaks the most. A written check-in gives everyone a turn at once, takes two minutes, and tells the facilitator how the room is arriving. It also gets everyone using the board before the real work needs it.
What is on the board
3 frames — Where are you joining from?, One word for your week, What do you want from today? — each headed in large type so it reads with the whole board on screen, and a legend with a kind of note for each thing people will write. Drag a note off the legend, or double-click the board.
