Plans

Three ways to use Blending Links. Quick needs no account at all. Essential is a free account for a team that runs workshops every week. Comprehensive adds what goes beyond that, and while Blending Links is in preview it costs nothing either.

  • Quick

    Free, no account

Trying it, or one workshop on the spot.

    • A board in one click, from any template
    • Everyone you invite edits for 50 minutes, then it is read-only for all but you
    • Voting, timer, tags and comments
    • Export as OCIF, SVG, PNG or PDF
    • Deleted after 1 day unused; sign in to keep it
  • Essential

    Free, with an account

A team that runs workshops week after week.

    • Boards with no time limit, and no limit on how many
    • A workspace with members, and links that edit or view
    • Lock a signed-off board; revoke any link
    • Import and export OCIF, and convert other formats
    • Quick boards you made before signing in come with you
  • Comprehensive

    Free during the preview

Teams that want more than the essentials.

    • Everything in Essential
    • AI agents that read and edit your boards, through MCP
    • Premium features as they arrive

Plans FAQs

What happens when the preview ends?

Comprehensive becomes a paid plan for a workspace. It is bought on purpose, through a checkout, so nothing is ever charged without someone choosing to. Nothing you made is lost either way: every board downloads as an OCIF file.

Do my guests need a plan?

No. Plans belong to the workspace that owns a board. Anyone with an edit link can work on it, without an account.

What are agents?

Assistants such as Claude can connect to Blending Links over MCP and draw on your boards for you: lay out a retrospective, sort a wall of notes into themes, add the actions from a meeting. Each person connects their own; the workspace’s plan decides whether it may.

Is there a limit on boards or members?

Not on Essential today. A single board holds up to five thousand items, which is far more than a workshop needs.
