Blending Links
Start a board
Public preview

Distributed workshop tools.

An online whiteboard for real-time collaboration, wherever you are. One board your team and your clients work on together, and an alternative to Miro that keeps everything you made.

Import and export boards as OCIF whenever you like.

Collaboration for the whole team, not a seat count

Everyone works on the same board at once. Invite a client, a contractor or the person you are pitching to with one link. Viewers read, editors edit, and nobody has to join your workspace to see the work. Lock a board when it is signed off.

Move off Miro at your own pace

A small app exports every workspace to a folder of plain files on your machine. Import that folder here whenever you are ready and it comes back as the same workspaces and boards. Nothing to rebuild by hand. The app is coming soon.

Boards you keep, whatever happens next

Every board is a plain OCIF file. Download it whenever you want, open it in any tool that speaks the format, and hand it to a client when the engagement ends. Leaving is never the expensive part.

Leaving Miro

Your boards come out on your own machine.

A small app you download does the export locally, through Miro's documented API. Your password and tokens never touch our servers. Importing is a separate step, taken whenever you are ready.

The app is still being built. Coming soon. How moving boards works, and what comes acrossBlending Links as a Miro alternative
  1. Export with the appSign in to Miro in the app's own window and confirm the content is yours to move. The app reads your content for one purpose only: converting it into an open format on your own disk. Each workspace becomes a folder and each board an OCIF file.
  2. Keep the local copy as long as you needStickies, arrows, frames, groups, tags and images come across, and we tell you plainly what Miro's API could not give you. Nothing is uploaded. Stop here if the files are all you wanted, or convert them to any other open format you need with the community's conversion tools.
  3. Import when you are readyPoint the website or the app at the folder. Folders become workspaces, files become boards, and your team picks up where it left off.
